He guided my son through the process of making an offer and buying ( it is over 30 years since my husband and I last bought property and we were very out of date with current processes). He helped him find a mortgage advisor who then found him a great fixed rate mortgage literally minutes before the rates went up. The advisor also got him really good house insurance far better than our own. (We know which company we are going to when it’s time to renew). Colin also recommended a solicitor with a good pre agreed basic fee plus outlays.
Colin followed up a few weeks later to find out how things were going. Colin chased up the solicitor when I said we hadn’t heard anything recently (my son & husband, unlike me, were very reluctant to push them for information) and he got back within minutes with an update.
I always felt I could contact him if there was a problem regarding the house purchase and he would do his best to respond quickly with an answer.
I would recommend Colin to anyone thinking of buying or selling property in the area. The seller was using an estate agent who definitely knew how to sell property helping not only his seller get a quick sale but also the buyer find the property he was looking for and very quickly putting him in touch with contacts he needed.
